My Wife had success with WW years ago but it didn’t help instill and thoughts on changing habits and 6 years later is starting over with Noom. But like I said, my wife had tremendous success with Noom and prefers it.

WW seems a littler simpler to me with the zero point foods that I don't have to count. Or you could eat 300 Red foods, 500 Yellow foods, and then the other 1200 would be Green foods. You could eat all 2000 of them with Green foods. For example, maybe you get 2000 total calories per day, with 300 of them being Red, and 500 of them being Yellow. You have unlimited Green calories so long as you don't exceed your total X calories for the day. For Red you get Y calories per day, and for Yellow you get Z calories per day. Foods are divided into 3 categories: Red, Yellow, and Green. I haven't done Noom, but watching her do it, I prefer WW. We recently had another baby and she is back on Noom again. My wife has done both and she had a lot of success on Noom.
